Help support TADHA to recognise the bravery of young people with additional support needs through raising funds.

The options are endless you could run, climb, abseil, bake cakes to sell, cook dinner for your mates for a donation, skip lunch and donate your dinner money – and encourage friends and colleagues to do the same, have a sale (jumble, yard, car boot, at work, on eBay), wash neighbours cars and / or mow their lawns, paint faces, open your garden for a small fee, shave your head (too much to ask?), have a party (karaoke, swap / switch), jump out of a plane (again too much?), put on a pub quiz. We could go on (and on and on).

It is easy to set up your own JustGiving page for TADHA.

If you need help, just send us an email to us and we’d be happy to give you some advice.

"It is so important that we celebrate the achievements of all of our inspiring young Scots. Too often there is a negative perception of young people, but we know they are making a difference to families and communities across the country every single day."

Louise Macdonald, Chief Executive of Young Scot
